Abstract Tendencies: Selections Fall 2002

Abstract Tendencies: Selections Fall 2002 was characterized by arrangements of shapes and colors suggesting a tendency toward formal abstraction shared by each artist. The selected artists either re-examined concepts and philosophies of abstraction or presented unabashed representations of the real and everyday.
