Accompanying Tomi Ungerer: All in One, the first US retrospective of this extraordinary artist, this publication features the artist’s childhood drawings depicting the Nazi invasion of Strasbourg, his work in New York and Canada, his political and satirical campaigns, as well as his illustrations for the 2013 children’s book Fog Island. It also includes curatorial essays, an homage to the artist by author and illustrator Peter Sís, and a rare autobiographical statement about drawing by Ungerer.
